| Only those wrestlers that qualify for the State Tournament and earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher at the end of the previous grading period are eligible for Academic All Ohio status. The wrestler's parent or coach should print the form below fill out both, the students name and weight class and submit it to the wrestler's School Principal or other appropriate school administrator. The OAC office must receive this request by Friday February 22. |

Dear School Administrator, The Ohio Athletic Committee is recognizing those student athletes that have received a 3.5 or higher grade point average from the previous grading period as an Academic All Ohio Award winner. Please assist us by verifying one of your students ________________________ (Students Name) in the Weight class of __________has met these criteria. Please E-mail to: juderoth@ohioathletics.com, confirmation of this and include both the students name and weight class that is listed above by Friday February 22 so we may have time to process the student’s award.
